Day 4 - Friends and A Hockey Game

Ker and I got up bright and early with Amanda.
After saying goodbye to her sweet family, she took us on tour of the military base where her husband works. We also hit up chick-fil-a for breakfast, and picked up some AMAZING coffee at a little drive through coffee shop.

We then said our goodbyes (we will miss our girl!) and hit the road once more.
We stopped at a Walmart on the way out to pick up some supplies. It's pretty hilarious when we check out, because we hog the whole entire isle.

After three hours of travel, we made it to our friends, the Klassens, in a suburb of Dallas.
They were sweet to feed our large family a meal...

Then, seven of us headed with Mr. Klassen to go to a Dallas Stars/Winnipeg Jets game. The Jets are our home team, so we were really excited to see them play!
It was my first NHL game, so I was kinda pumped. :)

We drove through Dallas. That was incredible.
Dallas is huge y'all!!

Then, our hockey game. Our team (the Jets) won 4-1, so it was a great first game to go to!
We all had a blast!!

I didn't get a picture of the boys, they were sitting across the isle from Ker and I... but here we are. :)

We are currently parked in the driveway of our kind hosts for the night.
My computer is nearly out of battery, so I need to get this published before it dies. :)
Thank you so much to the Klassens for your hospitality!! We really enjoyed our visit!
Until tomorrow!!
